Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your purchase and promise to stand by our products by offering our customers a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with your 3D printer purchase*. If you have a problem with your 3D printer please reach out to our support team as most issues can be solved with 1 or 2 adjustments to your machine. If, however, you are certain that you wish to return your purchase for a full or partial refund please view our return and refund policy below:


3D Printers

Unopened Box Items

  • *100% refund for 3D printers returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • $30 restocking fee for 3D printers returned after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Open Box Items

  • $30 restocking fee if package has been opened but machinery/parts have not been used. Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • $100 restocking fee if package has been opened and machinery has been used. Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • Returns for used machinery will not be accepted if received after 15 days from the date of delivery. This policy is firm and in place to prevent customers from "renting" machinery.



Parts


Unopened Box Items

  • 100% refund for items returned within 15 days of the date of delivery.
  • Returns not accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Open Box Items

  • Returns will not be accepted for open box parts orders. 



Filament

  • Returns will not be accepted for any filament purchases.

 

Additional Fees & Costs

Depending on the operational, aesthetic, and resalable condition of your return item when it arrives at our office workshop you may be liable for an additional fee or cost. This amount will be commensurate to the cost of replacing any parts/components/packaging that may be needed in order to bring your return item to resalable condition.

 

Refund Funding Options

We will refund funds via the same method used to make your purchase. If this method is currently not available we will use either a certified company check or Paypal depending on the method approved by management. If you need to use a different return funding option please contact our support team at support@wanhaousa.com to discuss your options. Refunds will not be made in the name of any person or company not listed in the original purchase confirmation. Any fees for using any method of refund will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued prior to the return items arriving at our office workshop for inspection. 

 

Shipment of Return Items

The shipping of return items will be made to our office workshop in Miami, Fl. (USA). We recommend using one of the larger four shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL) for return deliveries. We also recommend using proper packaging, packing material, and the purchase of insurance for any returns as the customer will be liable for any damage sustained to return items while en-route to our office workshop. Wanhao USA will not be responsible for return shipment costs for machinery or parts unless otherwise approved by management.
